IN PERSON - Registration forms can be obtained by visiting the YMCA Belleville branch, 433 Victoria Ave, Belleville, ON, K8N2G1, forms can be picked up at the Membership desk; completed registration forms may be dropped off at the same location.

RETURNING VOLUNTEERS - Are not required to obtain a new Criminal Reference Check, but will be asked to sign a waiver.

NEW VOLUNTEERS - Must present a current and clear Criminal Reference Check, prior to volunteering or presented to the coordinator on the night they have signed up for.
